To utilize our centralized application tools, you may be required to log in and authorize permissions via secure OAuth protocols provided by Meta and TikTok.

* You maintain full ownership of your social media business accounts and ad accounts.

* You grant STX-Media the limited access permissions required strictly to fulfill the automated routing workflows you configure (e.g., retrieving lead forms or managing chat messages).

### 3. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

Users of our integrations must strictly comply with the developer and platform policies of our underlying providers, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Any violation of third-party platform rules by a client may result in the immediate suspension of our Services.

### 4. Limitation of Liability

STX-Media builds and maintains secure automation bridges. However, we are not liable for any service disruptions, API updates, sudden changes in platform policies, or data delivery failures caused directly by third-party systems like Meta, TikTok, or hosting provider downtime.

### 5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application integrations immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.
